**The Opportunity**

You will report to the International Commercial and Pandemic Business Partner and will provide decision support and financial analysis to that role and to the various Commercial teams within the D&EM Cluster, which contains a Senior Director and several Directors. It will provide financial advice, support and challenge in accordance with short-term and long-term financial planning and reporting activities of the business.

Located at the Seqirus Argentina office in Buenos Aires, you are offered an exceptional opportunity for direct exposure to a very challenging, diverse and evolving business. We seek someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a very diverse environment with a wide range of responsibilities: from providing input to strategic, long term decision to supporting the day-to-day life of a very busy Commercial team, where teamwork and collaboration are key, is open to occasional travel the other Seqirus offices.

You will cover multiple geographical regions, supporting $58m of sales currently (in a high growth area so expected to triple in the coming years), $10m of annual spend and 23 Seqirus employees, with Commercial cluster employees currently spread across Argentina, USA, Korea, Australia, Switzerland, and the UK, which may be increased in the near future to meet expansion intentions.

**The Role**

Finance Business Partnering - Commercial
- Manage the consolidations of monthly Sales and Operating expenses for D&EM Cluster.
- Preparation of monthly commentary for the consolidated D&EM Cluster results for actual, forecast and budget.
- Support the Global Accounting Operations for month-end and year-end activities (for entities with no local finance teams).
- Contribute to, and lead aspects of, Global Financial Planning and Reporting process for D&EM Cluster.
- Provide robust and timely financial analysis to the Head of Commercial Finance, International Commercial Finance Business Partner, D&EM Cluster head, and local regional Commercial heads.
- Contribute to Senior Management presentation content for in-year performance management and regular business updates.
- Be able to understand and communicate the underlying business factors that are contributing to the financial outcome.
- Champion the Business Partnering mind-set.
- Support the annual long-term strategic plan process.
- Ad hoc activities: Business cases, Pricing strategy, New product introduction finance evaluation, Contract reviews and evaluation.

Finance Business Partnering - Process Improvement
- Support the ongoing development of Commercial business processes and initiatives to support enhanced efficiency and robustness of the Commercial activities.
- Support the roll out of the new Forecast and Planning IT tool to replace Anaplan.
- Support the adoption of the BI reporting system to allow faster and easier access to reports.
- Continuously identify cross-country potential synergies and best practice sharing.

Learning and Development
- Undertake individual and team training requirements, developing a strong Financial culture in the organization.
- Participate in developing tools, techniques and best practice approaches to support the ongoing development of the Commercial Finance and wider Finance community

**Your skills and experience**
- Fluency in Spanish & English is required
- Bachelors' Degree in a relevant Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Chartered Accounting, Certified Practising Accountant, or Certified Public Accountant (or equivalent) certification preferred
- MBA or another advanced degree in related field desirable
- Minimum 7 years of PQE
