**Responsibilities**

We are currently recruiting for a well organised and highly motivated individual for the role of Recruiting Scheduler **on a contract basis** for our Commercial business. The Recruiting Scheduler is primarily responsible for assisting and supporting the Recruitment staff in the scheduling of interviews and other recruitment administration activities. **More specifically you will**:

- Assist with recruitment system administration.
- Manage job posting process on job boards.
- Maintain trackers and carry out ad-hoc reporting.
- Support grad recruitment campaign including interview scheduling, support with assessment centres and other administration activity.

**Job Requirements**

**Skills Required**:

- Education Required: Bachelors degree.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in a recruitment support role is preferred but not essential.
- Able to develop rapport with others and work in a team environment.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results.
- Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change.
