**About the Role**:
This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and this role can be fully remote in Argentina.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Handle a high volume of interview scheduling including high-priority meetings.
- Act as the main contact for all coordinating matters with agencies, employees, and executives.
- Assist in HR projects as required.

**What We are Looking For**:

- 2+ years as a Recruiting Coordinator/ Executive Assistant.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple recruiters and departments at a fast-growing startup.
- Highly organized with an attention to detail.
- Ability to meet goals and assigned deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work harmoniously with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies.
- Willing to ‘roll up the sleeves’ and do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
- Proficiency with an ATS (Jobvite preferred.)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
