Estamos buscando un Recruiting Coordinator para apoyar a nuestro equipo de Talent Acquisition en EE.UU., con un fuerte enfoque en organización, eficiencia y gestión de procesos de alto volumen. Este rol es clave para garantizar una experiencia fluida tanto para los candidatos como para los hiring managers, a través de coordinación de entrevistas, soporte logístico y precisión administrativa.

Job Description:

Responsabilidades del puesto

Coordinación de Entrevistas

  • Programar y coordinar entrevistas presenciales y virtuales, asegurando una experiencia positiva para candidatos y equipos de contratación.

  • Ser el primer punto de contacto para cualquier inconveniente logístico o de agenda relacionado con entrevistas.

  • Enviar actualizaciones y comunicaciones oportunas a todas las partes involucradas en el proceso.

Operaciones de Contratación

  • Brindar soporte logístico y administrativo al equipo de Talent Acquisition para garantizar procesos de contratación eficientes.

  • Gestionar tareas administrativas como iniciar verificaciones de antecedentes, dar seguimiento a resultados y actualizar el estado de los candidatos en Workday.

  • Ejecutar el proceso de set-to-hire en Workday, asegurando cumplimiento y precisión de los datos.

  • Mantener registros precisos y actualizados en los sistemas de reclutamiento.

  • Identificar y resolver proactivamente desafíos logísticos o conflictos de agenda.

Requisitos

  • Requerimos un nivel avanzado de ingles (excluyente)

  • Experiencia previa como Asistente Ejecutivo, Office Manager o Recruiting Coordinator/RRHH será valorada.

  • Sólidas habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo, con capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades.

  • Gran atención al detalle y precisión en la ejecución.

  • Dominio de Outlook, Workday y Excel.

  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, interpersonales y de resolución de problemas.

  • Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y con capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, colaborando efectivamente con el equipo.

La posición es de jornada completa con una modalidad hibrida de trabajo (4x1) con el día de oficina fijo en nuestras oficinas en CABA
