Gestión de la Experiencia del ColaboradorSer el punto de contacto principal para las solicitudes e inquietudes de los colaboradores relacionadas con las instalaciones y servicios hard de la oficina.Evaluar continuamente la experiencia del colaborador, recopilar retroalimentación e implementar soluciones creativas para mejorarla.Asegurar que los espacios de trabajo sean funcionales y alineados con la cultura organizacional para fomentar un ambiente positivo.Supervisar las áreas comunes, asegurando que estén organizadas y sean acogedoras para los colaboradores.Gestión de Recursos y ProveedoresSupervisar el desempeño de proveedores externos de servicios relacionados con hard services, garantizando su cumplimiento con los estándares acordados.Monitorear y administrar el inventario de suministros hard de oficina para garantizar su disponibilidad oportuna.Implementar iniciativas para optimizar los costos y mejorar la sostenibilidad de los recursos utilizados en la oficina.Ambiente Laboral y BienestarColaborar con equipos internos para organizar actividades.Competencias ClaveOrientación al colaborador: Fuerte enfoque en entender y atender las necesidades del equipo interno.Capacidad organizativa: Manejo eficiente de múltiples tareas y prioridades en un entorno dinámico.Resolución de problemas: Habilidad para identificar y resolver problemas de manera proactiva y creativa.Comunicación asertiva: Capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con diferentes niveles de la organización y proveedores externos.RequisitosFormación Académica: Carrera técnica, Facility Management o áreas afines.Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en un rol similar enfocado en hard services.Habilidades Tecnológicas: Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office y software de gestión de instalaciones (deseable).Idiomas: Deseable manejo del inglés para interacción con proveedores o colaboradores extranjeros.Indicadores de ÉxitoNivel de satisfacción del colaborador interno.Tiempo de respuesta y resolución de solicitudes.Optimización de recursos y cumplimiento de presupuesto.Eficiencia en la coordinación de servicios internos.Este puesto es clave para crear un entorno donde los colaboradores puedan desempeñarse al máximo, sintiéndose valorados y respaldados en su día a día.Location: On-site –Buenos Aires, ARGIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableAt JLL, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to efficiently accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities.
