Commercial Finance Analysis Coordinator Latam

As a Commercial Finance Analysis Coordinator for LATAM region you will support and partner with the Stills Finance Director and his direct team in management of the profit and value sharing agreements with the Brazil bottlers with focus on the Stills portfolio (non-carbonated drinks, as Juices, Teas, Sport drinks, Protein and Dairy).

This position requires close partnership with the OU Finance team, Bottler and other Platform Services Towers to ensure the successful delivery of Stills processes (Actuals, ABP, RE, Conciliation, ad-hoc analysis), while ensuring quality and timeliness.

This role will provide you the opportunity to shape the future support model and processes to drive accuracy and timeliness of information, to support the Finance team and interactions with the bottler through better insights and financial analysis to enable business decisions.

The Commercial Finance Analysis Coordinator for LATAM will report to the Stills Center of Excellence Manager LATAM, in Commercial Finance Tower of Platform Services

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- This position will have a regional scope for LATAM region, with focus in Brazil in the short term
- Collaborate and foster relationships with LATAM Financial Services/Platform Services to execute strategic initiatives and support on operational deliverables.
- Redefine Commercial Finance Stills processes to deliver monthly financial analysis and create working files to support it (unique financial database, templates / working files to be used, financial analysis, consolidated view, presentation / delivery deck)
- Propose & implement process improvement opportunities to improve Stills processes deliverables quality and timeliness including automation and data visualization.
- Translate data into insights: ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various type of data related to profit sharing model.
- Ensure quality of information provided to stakeholders through validations, consistency & review routines
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize work activities and initiatives appropriately.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- 3-5 years of related work experience in Commercial Finance (Experience in beverage industry, with Stills portfolio will be a plus), Process Improvement and Project Management
- Experience in business planning, financial planning, and reporting, involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs across a varied group of business stakeholders.
- Experience in virtual management across cultures and time zones is a plus.
- Experience in a multinational with a global footprint.
- Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.
- Advanced communication and influence skills in the context of both external business partners (our bottlers) and internal leadership
- Ability to quickly learn and understand business strategies, objectives, processes
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and Power BI
- Must be fluent in English (Desirable Portuguese)
