Key Customer Excecutive
- Atender de manera personalizada los Clientes Finales Clave asignados siendo el principal punto de contacto para temas de penetración de nuevas categorías, servicio y asesoría
- Identificar y capitalizar las oportunidades de penetración en los clientes actuales basado en el análisis de potencial de la cuenta, garantizando la correcta ejecución del ciclo consultivo de ventas (virtual o presencial) y el uso de las herramientas de marketing y digitales que le permitan fidelizar al Cliente a través de la venta de las soluciones completas KCP
- Garantizar la rentabilización de los Clientes asignados a través de las estrategias de capitalización de precios y cambio de mix de producto, articulando toda la información de dispensadores, consumos, planes de fidelización GP, apoyos y condiciones pactadas con el Cliente Final
- Garantizar el objetivo de Venta de los Clientes asignados a través de los análisis permanentes de consumos y perdidas en cada una de sus categorías utilizando correctamente todas las herramientas de análisis y gestión de Sell Out
- Cumplir con los indicadores de gestión de acuerdo a los parámetros establecidos para su ROL ( Rentabilidad, Penetración, Performance, DSO, Tiempos y nível de servicio a través del buen manejo de su habilidad comercial, uso de herramientas y el interés por el fortalecimiento de sus competencias y atributos que permita alcanzar el nível requerido para su rol
