What is the job about As a Key Account Specialist you will manage and grow relationships with local Water Utility (WU) key partners, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with Grundfos strategic goals. You’ll drive sales performance, manage customer projects, and secure a strong market presence.
This role involves coordinating cross‑functional efforts to support project execution, leveraging tools to maximize customer value, and contributing market insights to guide local and regional strategies. Your main responsibilities Manage key accounts daily to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and achieve annual sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Grundfos product and service offerings. Develop and execute annual key account (KA) plans in collaboration with the local WU Sales Manager.
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer and project data in CRM systems. Prepare monthly reports on key account performance and project progress.
Work closely with engineering, service and sales teams to prioritize support and ensure customer satisfaction. Demonstrate influence over stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
Your background Minimum 5 years of engineered product sales experience, including at least 2 years in external sales and customer management. Proven ability to present and communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
Skilled in networking and influencing throughout the sales value chain. Strong cross‑functional collaboration and team‑oriented mindset with a results‑driven approach.
Ability to lead business processes and manage project advancement effectively. Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
Solid command of Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SAP) is an asset.
