Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to manage the end to end HR proceses for a very relevant pull of senior leaders within the organization.

You will be responsible of the following tasks among others:
- Be the business partner for a business unit, understanding and connecting the business needs with the people strategy and framework.- Develop solutions for the teams, enabling the best environment for people to succeed, managing the day to day and strategic development of the teams under your responsibility.- Transform and innovate the organizational side for the teams and structure, by adapting the best initiatives and implementing them to generate a high performance organization.- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, eNPS and productivity KPI´s).- Follow up and review the Payroll budget for the business unit and ensure and take measures to keep it under control.- Become the first line between the HR areas of expertise and our employees to manage and implement company wide HR processes such as: performance review, eNPS, salary review, talent acquisition, training, etc.- Solve day to day people issues and become a coach for managers to help them succeed as leaders.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Degree in administration, organizational psychology, human resources or similar.- Between 2 and 3 years of experience in Human Resources and as an HR Business Partner- It is a plus to have experience in human resources in technology organizations- Experience in human resources in the main HR proceses, such as Recruiting, Talent Development, Performance Management, Budget Control, Problem Solving Capabilities, HR Operations, labor relations, organizational design, engagement, leadership enablement and influencing.- Analytical skills, data oriented, decision making, people acumen and influencing skills.- Strong orientation to work with others and build and collaborate as a team.- Upper or Advance level in English & Spanish.
