About the Role We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As an HRBP, you will work closely with business leaders to align human resources practices with business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and support employee engagement and development. Key Responsibilities Partner with department leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support them. Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. Support employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions. Drive performance management and employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus). 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and employment law. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Data‑driven mindset with experience using HRIS and analytics tools. Why Join Us?
