Importante compañía farmacéutica regional con presencia en 18 países y fuerte crecimiento local, incorpora un/a Business Partner Comercial financiero para su sede en Munro. Nos orientamos a profesionales graduados en Administración, Economía, Finanzas o afines, con al menos 3 años de experiencia en áreas de FP&A, finanzas comerciales o business partnering, provenientes de la industria (excluyente) El objetivo del rol será actuar como nexo entre Finanzas y el negocio, aportando una mirada estratégica sobre los resultados, desafiando los procesos existentes y acompañando las decisiones comerciales con análisis financieros, modelos de rentabilidad, revenue management y evaluación de oportunidades. La posición se vincula de forma directa con Dirección Comercial, Marketing, Acceso, Supply Chain y Gerencia General, brindando soporte en pricing, gestión de márgenes, evaluación de descuentos y planificación financiera. Valoramos perfiles con pensamiento crítico, capacidad analítica, autonomía y habilidades de negociación para influir en decisiones clave del negocio. Se trata de una posición estratégica dentro de una compañía en transformación, con alto nivel de exposición regional y posibilidades de desarrollo.
