We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our company. The right candidate must be technically talented, hands‑on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast‑paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you What you will be doing Assisting in the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting. Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations. Preparing financial modelling for various “what if” scenarios and the overall impact for the organization. Active participation in closing processes. Performing expenses controls by area aligned with the forecast & budget. Validating accuracy of financial data, business information and reports by performing reconciliations and reviews of exceptions. Optimizing performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling and/or FP&A. Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting or Business administration. Good knowledge of Netsuite. Advanced Excel skills. Fluency in English – written & spoken. Soft skills: analytical, paying attention to details, good communication skills. Negotiation skills is an upsell. Diligence, high sense of ownership. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Time management and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work well under pressure is a prerequisite (meeting deadlines with highest quality). Ability to propose improvements in processes.
