We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our company.

The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you



What you will be doing


• Assisting in the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting.

• Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations.

• Preparing financial modelling for various "what if" scenarios and the overall impact for the organization.

• Active participation in closing processes.

• Performing Expenses controls by Area aligned with the Forecast & Budget.

• Validating accuracy of financial data, business information and reports by performing reconciliations and reviews of exceptions.

• Optimizing performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling and/or FP&A.

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting or Business administration.

  • Good knowledge of Netsuit.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Fluency in English – written & spoken.

  • Soft skills: analytical, paying attention to details, good communication skills. Negotiation Skills is an upsite

  • Diligence, high sense of ownership.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to work well under pressure is a prerequisite (meeting deadlines with highest quality).

  • Ability to propose improvements in processes.
