**Head of CMO Business Development - Spearhead a new CMO Project**

**The Company**
My client is a multinational Pharmaceutical company specializing in the development, production, and distribution of generic and speciality medicines. They have offices in Europe and throughout the MENA region and their site(s) in the Middle-East will soon have additional capasity to take on their expansion into contract manufacturing.
Due to the site''s location they have a competitive advantage both in terms of cost and patent acquisition so you will have great tools to efficiently build this new business area. The sky is truly the limit and a strong salesperson will very much reap the benefits of successfully shaping an important part of their business.
**The Role**
The new Head of CMO Business Development will spearhead above mentioned expansion, bringing with them an existing customer network and forging a new and exciting avenue at an already well established company. The focus will primarily be for Injectable and Oral Dosage Form Manufacturing, with the potential to expand into new technologies in the future.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a new Business Development strategy by utilizing your existing network, excellent marketing skills and proactively building relationships with new potential customers. You will lead the overall process for proposal generation, and work cross-functionally with several departments in order to arrange high-level meetings with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience selling CMO services and a pre-established network in the CMO space
- In-depth understanding of Injectable and/or Oral Solid manufacturing (preferably both)
- Strong skills in: Leadership, Presentations, Negotiations, etc.
