We are looking for a Glabel Head of Tax
Direct report to CFO
Main Responsabilities Manage local country tax processes and support finance teams in reviewing the statutory finances of foreign entities. Establish and manage tax controls and processes Assist in the ongoing identification and development of efficient tax compliance and provision processes, including automation, development and implementation of procedural and/or process changes. Play a key role in cross-functional collaboration to understand the tax impact of business operations and ensure tax needs are identified, communicated and provided. Support global tax planning and maintenance of global transfer pricing policy as required. Support M&A projects, including post-acquisition tax compliance and integration of tax operations. Coordinate with the accounting and legal team to track intercompany transactions and assist in reviewing transfer pricing and intercompany transaction related calculations and reports. Assist in optimizing tax planning and tax incentives across the group. Coordinate and collaborate with tax authorities in different jurisdictions (together with external tax advisors) on tax matters.

**Requisitos**:
Requirements 5+ years of international and corporate tax experience in public accounting Extensive experience of international tax matters Experience with M&A and working with cross-border teams a plus An entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record of challenging the status quo
