WiserBrand is a rapidly growing US-UA web development company providing full-cycle services all over the globe. We started 5 years ago as a small project providing digital marketing services to the US and UK based clients. And grew into a outsourcing/outstaffing company executing web development, data science, digital marketing, customer support and outstaffing projects for clients all over the globe.

We’re opening another one office in Latin America. That’s why we’re looking for a role of Head of Operations.

**Requirements**:

- experience in administrative and operational functions of the company;
- understanding of local laws and IT Business Regulations;
- well-Connected within IT Industry locally;
- experience in recruitment;
- ability to organize work environments and inspire personnel;
- fluent or Bi-Lingual English level;
- ability to Multitask and handle different time zones.

**Responsibilities**:

- manage operational responsibilities of IT Company in location;
- recruitment of personnel;
- build organizational structure with the assistance of head office in New York and Ukraine;
- implementing effective processes and standards;
- budgeting and overall general management;
- reporting on operational progress.
