As the Head of Studio, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning and financial success of operational teams within our live studio. Collaborating closely with the Head of Operations for LATAM, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the studio plan. Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating operational teams to achieve excellence. This role involves direct management of individuals in Operations Management, where you will provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**_ Talent Management:_**
- Lead the full cycle of talent management, including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and development of staff.
- Assess and review the contributions of Functional Managers and key specialists involved in Operations Management.
**_ Team Motivation and Support:_**
- Motivate teams and individuals to meet and exceed set targets.
- Provide daily support, direction, and assistance to direct reports across all operational areas.
**_ Communication and Collaboration:_**
- Ensure a continuous and well-organized communication flow within the team and foster effective collaboration with other departments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities for the Studio and facilitate collaboration on projects and daily tasks across all organizational levels.
**_ Quality and Service Improvement:_**
- Analyze and resolve quality and service issues, identifying trends and recommending system improvements.
- Drive Operational Excellence initiatives to enhance overall performance.
**_ Operational Planning and Monitoring:_**
- Ensure effective planning, reviewing, and monitoring of operational staff and product delivery.
- Maintain relations and communication with Clients when requested by the Commercial team.
- Forecast and track operational costs to achieve accuracy and compliance with the budget.
- Gather and analyze critical data to inform decision-making processes.
**_ Additional Responsibilities:_**
- Undertake any other duties as directed by your manager.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Senior role within Operations.
- Strong leadership qualities with a positive and growth mindset.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels and functions.
- Experience within different functions of Evolution considered an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to new situations.
- Analytical thinking and a result-oriented attitude.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Relations.
- Experience in corporate communication.
- Understanding of budgeting basics and principles.
- High sense of urgency.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- Available to work on site - **Canning, Ezeiza - Buenos Aires.**
