**About the role**:
As a Sales Service Delivery Manager, you will lead the strategic planning and operational backbone of the LATAM Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales organization. This role is pivotal in defining regional strategy, driving operational excellence across specialized support functions, and ensuring alignment across teams to meet ambitious quarterly performance targets. **In this role, you will**:
- Define and own quarterly sales targets and forecasting for LATAM, using advanced data models and business intelligence.
- Monitor performance against goals and conduct deep-dive analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure alignment between LATAM strategy and global/regional priorities.
- Prepare and present executive-level performance and strategy reports.
- Direct and manage key operational support teams: Business Intelligence (BI), Automation/Process Improvement, Workforce Management (WFM), and Quality Assurance (QA).
- Ensure sellers and team leads have up-to-date product knowledge and training.
- Translate strategic objectives into enablement roadmaps for training and SME teams.

**What you need to have to be considered**:
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, business operations leadership, or management consulting.
- Proven expertise in quarterly target setting, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Experience managing multiple operational functions (BI, WFM, QA).
- Strong understanding of BI, Automation, and WFM in a sales environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Online Ads products.
- Native-level Spanish and advanced (C1/C2) English proficiency.
