Our platform starts with Hispanic Pros who are compliant and ready to work with Property Managers. We allow property managers to connect with Pros to fulfill services and contracts of all sizes and scopes, while enabling Pros to market their services effortlessly.
**About the role**
We are looking for junior Customer Support Agents to join our Customer Success Team, who will be in charge of servicing Owners Call Center Channels (Phone & Text) for both, business owners as well as property owners
**What you will need in this role**
- Between 6 and 12 months of Customer Support experience in a Call Center
- Experience handling a moderate-to-high volume of reactive and proactive demand (calls, texts, tickets)
- Excellent Communication
- Startup Mindset
- Ability to give and receive feedback
- Detail-oriented
- Have a service-oriented spirit and the ability to step into our users shoes and show them you care
- Bilingual (English-Spanish). Proficient in speaking and writing. This is a customer-facing role
