**Descripción del rol**

El rol de Agente de Customer Support se encargará de asesorar a nuestros usuarios, garantizando una atención personalizada y diferencial. A su vez, también deberá reportar feedback sobre las oportunidades de mejora detectadas a partir del trato diario con los clientes.

**Responsabilidades**
- Brindar soporte y asesoramiento a usuarios de diferentes países a través de múltiples canales (teléfono, mail, redes sociales y chat).
- Monitorizar las solicitudes de los clientes mediante un sistema de gestión de tickets.
- Establecer conexiones remotas por TeamViewer para configurar hardware y resolver problemas funcionales.
- Detectar oportunidades de mejora, tanto en el producto como en el servicio ofrecido.

**Qué esperamos de vos**

**Requerimientos mínimos**
- Tengas formación en carreras técnicas o poseas conocimientos sobre hardware, redes e instalación de software. (excluyente)
- Tengas disponibilidad horaria turno tarde (Tenemos turnos de 14 a 21 hs y de 16 a 23 hs)
- Cuentes con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto orales como escritas.
- Tengas experiência con el manejo de CRM (HubSpot, Zendesk o similar)
- Tengas excelente ortografía, gramática y capacidad de interpretación de texto.
- Tengas un fuerte interés por la tecnología en general.
- Tengas experiência en el rubro gastronómico (preferente).
