**About the role**

**Work model**

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in Client office in Buenos Aires, Argentina and one day from home. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.

**What you need to have to be considered**

- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (no spelling or grammar errors, clear enunciation).
- Ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly instructions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Sheets, Slides, Docs, Chrome, Keep, Calendar, etc.
- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Intermediate level of English (written and reading comprehension) is a plus.

**These will help you stand out**

- Experience supporting digital advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with Ads platforms or similar products.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong customer empathy and patience.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume support environments.
