- Partner with HR colleagues locally and globally to develop and implement HR programs directly aligned to business strategy including performance management, career development, cultural initiatives. Provide managers and employees with information and interpretations of labor programs, policies, procedures, and guidelines, when the issues require substantial interpretation, when there is potential for controversy, or when the issue involves more than one area of Human Resources policy.
Works with union officials and negotiators to develop and implement solutions/settlements for contracts and agreements.

As HR Manager, is expected for you to like to be part of the business strategy and actively contribute to the business agenda.- Generalist experience in the HR area, working in union and labor relations.-
- Develop and execute the people agenda, ensuring alignment to the global and regional business strategies and priorities.-
- Consult and partner with HR stakeholders on a broad range of people-related topics, including employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, organizational design, diversity and employee advocacy.-
- Engage and support the business with succession planning and workforce planning, including the development of leadership talent across the business.-
- Change Management - Facilitate change and seize opportunities to introduce improvements to current practices and procedures.-
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders and HR colleagues to enhance communication flow within the broader regional/global HR team.-
- Drive the development of a world-class HR culture by personal example, leadership and actions, incorporating local market conditions where relevant, but always with a view to best practices from a regional perspective.Requisitos básicos:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant years’ experience in ER, HR or related legal experience, preferably in high-tech growth environments.-
- Ability to coach, advise or mentor managers/employees to resolve employee concerns and conflict.-
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques-
- Strong critical thinking skills, resourcefulness, and agility-
- Experience improving and designing HR related processes, practices, and policies.-
- General knowledge of employment laws or regulations and understanding of company policies and practices-
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.-
- Ability to work proactively to manage/complete projects with competing deadlines and produce accurate work
- _._- Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing), persuade and influence stakeholders.-
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package; Workday.-
- Background in Union relations and conflict resolutions in Argentina (Trade Union/ Union Informatica and others) and inside company unions in Chile will be a plus.-
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnerships with clients as well as HR colleagues.-
- Strong consulting, influencing and negotiation skills.-
- Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills.-
