Responsibilities The position : The Workday HR Project Manager is responsible to support the Workday HR Plan in LATAM. This role manages the regional HR Systems in place and manages the external relationships with vendors as appropriate. Principal Accountabilities: Lead the Workday HR Planning process for LATAM. Working with key stakeholders, ensure Workday HR Project plans are in place and that detailed timelines are place and reported onto monthly. Arrange and hold monthly meetings to ensure the plans are on track and highlight any forward looking issues as appropriate. Support the implementation of Workday HR system. Support the HR Directors with ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned to ensure delivery of Workday HR services. Build strategic partnerships between Brinks and external partners as required. Ensure the Performance Cycle is managed through the Workday system in line with the BCO L&D Manager. Lead by example and champion the values and behaviours of the organization to promote a culture of accountability, customer focus, and trust. Qualifications Knowledge & Experience : A degree in Human Resources or related field 5+ years of HR experience in a Generalist capacity/project Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing large scale projects Proven experience with leading and managing change within a mid-sized organization is an asset Experience building and leading an engaged team that is committed to the organization and its vision and values Bilingual (Spanish/English), Trilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese) Preferred Strong English Language proficiency Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office packages; including Visio and extra emphasis on Excel ability) Mobility to Perform Role Regional/global travel as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
