**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Lead change management initiatives to drive Workday Talent processes and embed them in the current People Cycle.
- Understand system integrations and reporting capabilities of Workday.
- Collaborate with Talent Specialists on projects that require Workday expertise.
- Create, test and configure current and new change requests in Workday.
- Follow up and drive backlog initiatives
- Assist in creating SOPs & Training Material
- Deliver training to People Teams globally
- Develop global communications in partnership with change team
- Consult and be involved in new Global Report Development
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Degree in university (Human Resources, Bussines Administration, Communication or similar).
- HR Experience - at least 2 year in similar positions. Knowledge of Talent Management
- Experience in System Management
- Analytical skill set crucial, HR Analytics a plus
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English
- Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Power Point): Intermediate
