Role Description : The Project Manager will plan, oversee, and manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and managing multiple short‑term and long‑term projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Track and communicate team utilization, velocity, and sprint/release progress. Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency to team and program backlogs. Assist the team in making commitments through capacity transparency and past performance. Manage customer project delivery and margin cost within the team. Manage overall risk—analyze, report, and escalation of problems or delays. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to stated deliverables via structured project management processes. Constantly monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders. Identify needs that can be addressed by projects. Establish the project plan: define scope, deliverables, timeline, dependencies, and milestones. Execute and monitor the project plan, controlling delivery, budget, quality, and risks. Manage the project team, including cross‑team and cross‑unit colleagues. Contract drafting, negotiation, and administration. Required Skills and Knowledge 2+ years of relevant Project Manager experience. Solid understanding of project management methods, tools (Excel, Jira, Miro, etc.). Proficiency in scope, cost, and risk evaluation. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. Strong multitasking, organizational, and time‑management skills. Performance under pressure in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Confidentiality and handling of sensitive information. Team collaboration and ability to work independently. Analytical, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities. Upper‑intermediate/Fluent English.
