**Location**: Buenos Aires, Argentina - Hybrid (2-3 days per week).

**Position Overview** - Project Manager

Join a dynamic creative industry agency as a Project Manager, where you'll enable the delivery of exceptional projects by orchestrating planning, execution, and delivery. We seek an organized and proactive professional with excellent project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects meet high standards and deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning**:Craft detailed project plans with timelines and milestones to drive successful execution.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Act as the main liaison for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
- **Resource Coordination**: Collaborate with design, creative, and production teams to allocate resources efficiently.
- **Workflow Management**: Guide project workflow from brief to final delivery, maintaining quality and deadline adherence.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement checks to ensure all outputs align with brand and industry standards.
- **Risk Mitigation**: Identify and address risks with strategic mitigation plans.
- **Budget Oversight**: Monitor budgets, ensuring project costs remain within limits.
- **Reporting**: Deliver consistent updates on project progress and achievements to stakeholders.
- **Process Enhancement**: Identify and implement improvements in project management practices.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a positive, inclusive team environment to drive project success.

**Qualifications**
- Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in an agency or creative environment.
- Skills: Proficiency with tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing and content production.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder collaboration.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management or Marketing.
