As our HR Manager LatAm, you'll be at the forefront of all HR matters. You will work closely with local and global management teams and the Global HR Team in Malta to provide the best employee experience for our Betssonites in LatAm. A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 360 management of our HR operations in LatAm (Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina) Act as the top-level HR business partner to the assigned leadership team providing continuous coaching in multi-discipline HR policies & processes Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, managing, and controlling Human Resources strategy for Latam Support Managers for people matters: Organization development, leadership, coaching, HR processes, Team building, Social Climate and Employee relationships and generate management sponsorship to HR policies and initiatives Implement talent management solutions to enable business priorities through performance management, career development, succession planning, performance management and training Supervise the process of payroll, wages, and other payments associated with personnel Continuously work to strengthen our amazing Betsson Culture with Betssonites in the different LatAm offices, and we plan to grow even more Provide coaching and mentoring to the local Leadership team and HR team Key member of the Global HR team and managing a HR team of three Focal point for ensuring Betsson is the Employer of Choice in the LatAm Region by ensuring internal and external branding Cultivate talent development and oversee recruitment needs Responsible for all LatAm Offices (and ones to come ones) as well as thoroughly care for the HR Budget Support and coach in areas like employment law, learning & development, performance management and compensation & benefits to name a few WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum of 6 years HR experience within a fast‑paced international organization People manager experience of at least 3 years Experience in working with and facilitating cross‑functional teams and senior management Experience in scaling teams and driving local recruitment efforts Good knowledge of the Argentinian Labour law. Knowledge of labour law in other LatAm markets are considered a plus Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
