ABOUT THE ROLE In this opportunity as HR Operations Senior Manager - South Latam, you will: - Manage HR Operations for Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. - Partner with cross-functional HR teams to develop policies and automate processes with AI that support business development and operations. - Partner with HRBPs to identify and manage people opportunities and labor / legal risks. - Assurance labor law compliance, including Health and Safety legal processes. - Manage Benefits operations, including vendor management. - Partner with finance team to review People Cost and Budget management. - Execute the compensation strategy with the Rewards team, including salary increases and pay policies based on market survey data within a dynamic economic environment. - Align the operations strategy into clear HR priorities and actions for assigned client group. - Review and execute different collective agreements across multiple unions, within scope across countries.Partner with Global Payroll to execute and continuously improve HR administration processes. ABOUT YOU You're a fit for the role of HR Operations Senior Manager - South Latam if your background includes: - Strong experience (+7 years) in operations role across multiple businesses and countries in LATAM. - Prior experience as an HR Operations Manager in customer service-driven environments. - knowledge of payroll processes and country-specific labor laws across in-scope markets - Knowledge of people cost, rewards, benefits and union relations. - Experience operating within HRM environments, tools, and workflows. - Fluent in English - verbally and written.
