Global Groups Field HR Associate Manager Accenture Job Description : This role is part of Global Groups Field HR team under Accenture HR Operations Future Enterprise. The Associate Manager partners with HR Business Partner to bring together the right data, analytics, and insights for decision making in the context of the specific business and process supported. Ensure the timely and correct execution of main processes – data management, performance achievement and participation in complex special projects cross functions, reorganizations, etc. Drive solutions to identify opportunities for standardization and automation. Key Responsibilities Performance Achievement Data Management Support HR Business Partners Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by using systems and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standard Ensure the Field HR team provides consistent advice on relevant HR policies and by providing access to personnel information as required Ensure that Field HR Team respond to all employee enquiries in a timely and effective manner Ensure that any outstanding issues / enquiries are escalated as appropriate Resolve outstanding issues / enquiries or escalated further, if necessary Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by providing assistance to team leads or other team members in busy periods Ensure the accuracy of employee information by regularly conducting audits as appropriate to each service line Share best practices on methodologies, trends and modeling with team members working across all DTEs Responsible for the career development of team members (training, supervision, performance achievement) Facilitate teamwork Responsible for engagement of team members Effectively coach/counsel others Lead/participate in people initiatives Job Qualifications Must‑Have Skills / Qualifications Advanced English Advanced Excel & Analytic skills Understanding of people hierarchy, cost center structure, etc. HR Reporting experience Mid‑level PowerPoint skills Mid‑level SharePoint skills Advanced communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills Good organizational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills Ability to work cross‑culturally Detail oriented Nice‑to‑Have Skills / Qualifications Human Resources experience Supervisory experience Understanding of Technology HR business Additional Accenture HR systems experience Proven ability to lead/own functional area AT ACCENTURE, EQUALITY DRIVES INNOVATION Senior Compliance Specialist Legal & Compliance Specialist - LAC South Cluster What can you expect?
