En PayRetailers proporcionamos nuevas formas de aceptar pagos en América Latina, permitiendo los métodos de pago locales relevantes en nuestra plataforma, facilitando la entrada de negocios internacionales B2B.

Actualmente estamos en una fase de crecimiento importante y estamos en búsqueda de un perfil Tier-1 de Technical Support para desempeñarse en jornada de **miércoles a domingo en horario de 11 a 20hs** en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Buenos Aires (CABA).

**Descripción de funciones**:

- Ofrecer el soporte técnico (Tier-1) a nuestros clientes (B2B).
- Identificar, diagnosticar y resolver incidencias de manera rápida y organizada.
- Escalar problemas a Tier 2-nível superior de forma técnica y documentada (también puede incluir coordinación con otros departamentos de la empresa).
- Realizar análisis y monitoreo de la actividad de la empresa.
- Comunicar las incidencias al responsable del área y hacer la documentación correspondiente de cada incidencia.

**Requisitos**:

- Nível de español e inglés avanzados, tanto oral como escrito (indispensable).
- Disponibilidad de trabajar de **miércoles a domingo en horario de 11h - 20h** con una hora de descanso.
- Experiência previa trabajando en equipos de soporte técnico y desarrollo.
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
- Capacidad de solucionar varias tareas a la vez y trabajar bajo presión.
- Disposición a brindar el más alto nível de servicio al cliente y soporte.
- Excelente atención al detalle y orientación a resultados.

**Se valorará**:

- Experiência en empresas tecnológicas de pagos en línea y banca.
- Conocimiento de operaciones de pagos.
- Experiência/conocimiento de herramientas como: Vpn, Jira, Postman, Insomnia,SQL y MSSQLSever, nociones básicas de programación.
