The company supports both individuals seeking evidence-based care and healthcare centers aiming to improve operations and patient outcomes.
We’re seeking a proactive **Business Development Representative (BDR)** with strong **cold calling** abilities and experience in **organic lead generation** through social media and CRM platforms like **HubSpot**. This role is key to driving patient and provider engagement by identifying opportunities, building connections, and nurturing qualified leads.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct **high-volume outbound calls** to prospective patients and healthcare providers
- Research and engage new prospects through **organic social media outreach (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)**
- Communicate the value of the company’s services with empathy and clarity
- Qualify leads based on needs, interests, and readiness
- Book appointments and consultations for patient care or business development teams
- Maintain accurate, detailed records in **HubSpot** and other CRM tools
