**We are currently looking for a** Team Lead** to join our growing team.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a multilingual support team, ensuring high performance and quality standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including monitoring team performance and handling escalations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage project timelines.
- Communicate project progress and roadblocks effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of support services and projects.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics and KPIs.
- Implement and maintain best practices for support processes and workflows.
**Necessary skills and experience required**:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a support or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Advanced level of English.
