We need an Sales Development Representative Manager who can lead a team while owning the operational backbone of our outbound motion. This role requires someone highly tech-savvy who can build workflows, streamline processes, and keep the SDR engine running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coach SDRs to hit outreach and meeting targets.

- Build and maintain automations using **Zapier**, **HubSpot**, and **GoHighLevel**.

- Oversee CRM hygiene, lead routing, sequences, and reporting.

- Create dashboards and performance reports in **Excel**.

- Improve outbound KPIs through optimized workflows, messaging, and targeting.

- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align pipeline needs.

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical skills with **HubSpot**, **Zapier**, **GoHighLevel**, and **Excel**.

- Ability to design scalable workflows and streamline manual tasks.

- SDR leadership or SDR ops experience (2-4+ years).

- Solid understanding of outbound strategy and qualification frameworks.

- Analytical, organized, and process-oriented.
