**What You’ll Do For Us**:
As an Outbound Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, shipping schedules, and compliance with global food safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

- ** Shipping Operations**: Ensure efficient outbound operations that meet productivity goals, shipping schedules, and process performance metrics (60%).
- ** Safety and Quality Compliance**: Facilitate GMP and HACCP adherence throughout all shipping activities, actively participating in related audits and initiatives (10%).
- ** I4.0 Innovation**: Lead Industry 4.0-related initiatives to drive digital transformation and innovation (10%).
- ** Leadership and Performance**: Execute Coca-Cola’s Performance Enablement process for direct reports, empowering warehouse team members to maintain alignment with food safety and safety standards.

**What You’ll Need to Bring**:
We’re looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven team leader who brings the following qualifications:

- ** Education and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience with GMP, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality standards.
- ** Experience**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
- ** Key Competencies**:

- Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise and motivate team members.
- Problem-solving capabilities to ensure prompt resolution of operational or safety-related issues.
- ** Language & Communication**:

- Proficiency in Spanish; English is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders inside and outside the company.
