**JOB SUMMARY**:
- Coordinate and monitor activities related to the operational process control, ensuring the proper execution of the department's activities and good manufacturing practices in the plant, while fulfilling the expectations of other functional areas of operation.
- Lead the effective implementation of preventive quality control systems to maintain a high level of performance, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, rules and practices of the company.
- Design validations (new technologies, process) and guide areas to assure the correct implementation of the process.
- Lead complaints’ investigations and support troubleshooting process.
- Responsible for definition of Tier 1, 2 and 3 metrics’ targets and compliance with company’s standards.
- Analyze indicators trends and take actions as business need.
- ** EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
University grade: University degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Industrial or Chemical Engineer or equivalent in related industry
