**Job Summary**:
Lead the warehouse operator’s team in Plant facility, ensuring manufacturing requirements, internal movements schedules and proper handling of all physical inventories under GMP, HACCP, Safety, Lean Manufacturing and Quality requirements. Strive for the continuous improvement of the processes and define productivity initiatives.
**Key Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Ensure an efficient operation of the facility, meeting productivity goals, manufacturing requirements and internal movements schedules.
- Facilitate that all warehousing activities are executed according to GMP and Food Safety (HACCP) requirements, participating in GMP and HACCP activities.
- Ensure the correct receiving and storage of all ingredients and finished products and the proper execution of material movements to minimize damages and inventory losses.
- Supervise Personnel in order to perform activities without affecting Food Safety or safety.
- Strive for KBIs (PDR, SDR, TDQ, Productivity, OEE, Cost of non-conformance, LTI) goal achievement. (**40%**)
- Lead the OE program in the workstream and promote the implementation of OE tools in the area (Performance management, Flexible manpower, OEE, Skills Matrix, 5S, M&B) (**30%**)
- Execute the Performance Enablement process for direct reports. (**20%**)
- Assure the training of all Warehouse associates in activities related to the area. Serve as trainer for all processes related to HACCP, Quality and OE. (**10%**)

- Volume: 1.6 million standard units (up to 2.2MM in 2015)
- Number of customers (by Bottling Plants): 12
- Number of formulas: 90 BBN - 147 kits - More than 300 ROH and VERP SKUs and 500 HALB SKUs
- Capex Non-Project: US$0.05 to 0.2 million
- Inv. Losses: CPS US$0.087 million and Business Unit US$ 0.450 million
- Inventories value: US$ 16.0 million
**Organization Impact/Influence**:
Internal contacts: Warehouse Ezeiza, Manufacturing, Finance, Human Resources (hiring and Performance Enablement), Safety & Environmental (compliance of local regulations, legal safety requirements), Customer Service (complaints and suggestions), QA (GMP and HACCP), Maintenance (down time calculations), IBMS (Integrated management system).
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
Position implies direct supervision of 9 Warehouse Operators.

Required to work mainly within Concentrate Plant, contact with Truck Drivers, Vendors and some Government Agencies (INV)
**Analysis**:
Work requires determination of appropriate action from established guidelines, based on the analysis of the situation and advanced level of knowledge, in order to analyze complex and conceptual information. In some cases, the path to solve the problem is well defined and based on procedures. In other cases, new approaches are needed due to the complexity or the constraints.

Assignments are received in the form of projects and results expected, with considerable freedom to decide on priorities and how to accomplish assignments.
