**Join the Coca-Cola Company as a Supply Planning Specialist**

**What You'll Do for Us**:

- ** Monitor and Analyze**: Track WOS (Weeks of Supply) reports for finished goods materials. Analyze improvement opportunities and provide planning parameter suggestions.
- ** Product Availability**: Ensure on-time, in-full availability of products to bottlers by defining finished goods inventory policies, monitoring coverage reports, and aligning actions with the Production Schedulers team.
- ** Lead Planning Sessions**: Facilitate Pre-Supply Planning Process (Pre-SPP) and Supply Planning Process (SPP) sessions, ensuring comprehensive information capture from Finance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, New Products, Human Resources, Lab, Projects, and Demand.
- ** Drive Key Initiatives**: Lead critical initiatives such as Migration Routine and New Products execution.
- ** Support and Troubleshoot**: Actively support troubleshooting initiatives and update plant requirements to Shared Services.
- ** Risk Management**: Execute local Enterprise Risk Management components, including Business Continuity Plans and Risk Assessments, and support risk analysis efforts.

**What Are the Qualifications Needed**:

- ** Educational Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent, ideally in Industrial Engineering or Food Engineering.
- ** Experience**: Two years of experience within CPS (Coca-Cola Plant Systems) is desirable.
- ** Language Skills**: Fluent in English, with strong writing, listening, and oral communication skills.
