Job Overview
The Brand & Creative Studio Operations Coordinator will support the team with all administrative aspects of running a global Brand & Creative Studio, including brand operations, chargeback fees management, KPI reporting, event admin support and brand education. Problem-solving is an essential skill for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative support for creative and event operations
- Manage PSA chargebacks and code creation for creative and event projects.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of chargebacks.
- Collaborate with finance and project teams to reconcile expenses.
- Craft brand communications for both internal and external audiences.
- Support with updating and maintaining brand guidelines.
- Support imagery licensing and Digital Asset Management platform maintenance
- Assist with brand reviews on creative assets ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and contributing to brand consistency across materials.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in project management or agency background.
- BA or BS degree in marketing, communications, business, design, or related field.
- Experience and understand of project management tools (Knowledge in Smartsheet is preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide and gather constructive feedback.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues, analyze situations and design solutions
