**Job title**: Technical Outreach Operations Coordinator

Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Outreach Operations Coordinator in our Communications and Outreach department. This department is responsible for corporate public outreach efforts, from public forum engagement to social media posts and from media pitches to press releases.

The Technical Outreach Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing leadership and content creation support for the development and implementation of moderately complex outreach and communication materials.

**Responsibilities**
- Consulting with business leaders to identify and prioritize business objectives
- Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiencies of communication plans, outreach strategies, copy and materials
- Recommending outreach strategies and creative engagement plans
- Collaborating with technical and operational teams to create and repurpose compelling content
- Researching, writing, editing and reviewing existing content for traditional and digital communications
- Leading a diverse group of outreach and communications professionals in their efforts to effectively engage a technologically sophisticated audience
- Creating reports in order to analyze and interpret data to provide insights that will support outreach decisions

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Wolfram Language or Mathematica
- A strong understanding of social media and corporate marketing
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively work remotely with a geo-distributed team

**Job type**: Full time (40 hours per week)/Independent Contractor
**Reporting to**: Outreach Implementation & Strategy Lead

Pay: $748,170.00 - $831,300.00 per month
