**We are looking for a** Technical Operations Analyst t**o join our team**
**AstroPay** is the global Digital Wallet of choice for thousands of consumers who want to purchase online on international sites. **Tasks**:

- Define, strengthen and optimize operational processes that will improve the team’s ability to deliver
- Monitor operations related tools and performance indicators
- Communicate and collaborate with different functional teams
- Provide support to other teams as an escalation point for defects, and give insight into processes implementation and payment solutions specifics
- Provide feedback and engage in product improvement discussions

**Requirements**:

- Problem solver - analytical; capable of seeing both the big picture and the fine detail. Previous experience as Technical Account Manager or similar roles will be valued.
- Background working with databases. Experience on data analysis and reporting/visualization tools is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communications skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Can-do attitude - happily takes on any relevant task; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing company culture
- Determined - not afraid to question and investigate difficult challenges so that they can be resolved quickly
- Excellent/High level of Spanish & English, written and oral. Exclusive requirement.
