**We are looking for a** Technical Operations Analyst t**o join our team**

**What you'll do**:

- Define, strengthen, and optimize operational processes that will improve the team’s ability to deliver.
- Monitor operations-related tools and performance indicators.
- Communicate and collaborate with different functional teams.
- Provide support to other teams as an escalation point for defects, and give insight into processes implementation and payment solutions specifics.
- Provide feedback and engage in product improvement discussions.

**What you'll need**:

- Problem solver - analytical; capable of seeing both the big picture and the fine detail. Previous experience as Technical Account Manager or similar roles will be valued.
- Background working with databases. Experience in data analysis and reporting/visualization tools is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Can-do attitude - happily takes on any relevant task; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing company culture.
- Determined - not afraid to question and investigate difficult challenges so that they can be resolved quickly.
- Excellent/High level of Spanish & English, written and oral. Exclusive requirement.
