The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, enjoys working with systems and data, and takes pride in ensuring orders move seamlessly from entry to delivery.Position OverviewThe Operations Coordinator will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into internal systems, monitoring fulfillment progress, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate delivery. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operational workflows and delivering a high-quality customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Entry & ProcessingAccurately enter and validate customer orders within ERP systemsConfirm order details, including SKUs, pricing, quantities, and customer informationMonitor order status throughout the fulfillment cycle and proactively resolve errors, discrepancies, or backordersGenerate and distribute order-related documentation, including invoices, bills of lading (BOLs), and shipping labelsCross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to clarify order requirements and resolve issuesWork closely with Warehouse and Logistics teams to align inventory availability with order commitmentsSupport invoicing accuracy and assist with order reconciliationAdministrative & Reporting SupportMaintain accurate and up-to-date order records in compliance with internal policiesTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment timelines, and error ratesProvide regular updates to management on order processing status and potential risksGeneral Operations SupportAssist with shipment scheduling and coordination with carriers or 3PL partnersSupport process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing errorsProvide general administrative and operational support as neededIdeal Candidate ProfileExceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsComfortable working in ERP systems and managing high-volume order dataStrong communicator who collaborates effectively across teamsProactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindsetAble to work reliably during Central Time business hours
