**We’re Hiring: Operations & Inventory Coordinator (Remote - LATAM)**:
A fast-growing company in the **home improvement industry**, specializing in **bathroom remodeling**, is looking for a proactive and highly organized **Operations & Inventory Coordinator** to join its remote team. Based in **South Florida**, the company is known for its commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction—and is expanding to meet growing demand.

**About the Role**:
As an **Operations & Inventory Coordinator**, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations by managing inventory, assisting with vendor purchasing, processing material orders, supporting Corian countertop production, and generating key reports. You’ll collaborate with various teams, ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time, while keeping operations running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Record inventory movements: issued materials, leftovers, damaged products, etc.
- Generate replenishment orders by vendor.
- Support periodic physical inventories.

**Material Receptions**:

- Register receptions accurately by project and stock.

**Post-Installation Inventory Updates**:

- Track and update post-install material changes.

**Vendor Order Support**:

- Assign inventory to active projects.
- Prepare and place purchase orders with vendors.

**Corian Countertops Production Support**:

- Create detailed production documents for countertops.
- Draft Word documents with specifications and floor plans.
- Coordinate approvals with Operations Manager.
- Send finalized documents to the warehouse.

**Report Generation**:

- Create and maintain reports including Home Depot purchases and other operational summaries.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- ** Monthly Salary**: $1,500 USD
- ** Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
- (Some weekend/after-hours availability may be required for urgent matters)_
- ** Paid Time Off**: 2 vacation days + 5 sick/personal days annually
- ** Lunch Break**: 1 hour daily
- ** Training**: 1-2 weeks of remote onboarding and systems training
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Previous experience in operations, inventory, logistics, or a similar role is a plus
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Word
