**Job Title: Remote Title Clerk (LATAM-Based)**
**Salary**: $1500-$1700 USD/month (depending on experience)
**Schedule**: Full-time | Aligned with Pacific Time (PT)
**Location**: Remote from Latin America

**Latino Legends** is proud to partner with a leading U.S.based property management company to recruit a **Title Clerk**. This is a fully remote role, ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional based in LATAM. As a Title Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the company's title operations, ensuring the accurate and timely transfer of mobile home titles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the complete transfer of mobile home titles into the company’s name.
- Ensure all required documentation, fees, and procedures are properly completed and submitted.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all title transfers.
- Conduct thorough research to determine correct title transfer processes and state-specific requirements.
- Communicate with external parties (e.g., DMVs, sellers, county offices) to resolve any title-related issues or discrepancies.
- Support internal teams with title-related inquiries and requests.
- Follow up on pending transfers to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a well-organized workflow to meet deadlines and avoid delays.
- Perform administrative tasks related to title processing and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent follow-up and tracking skills.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Patient, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- Proficient in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and data entry tools.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
