About The Role As the Head of SMB Acquisition, you will play a pivotal leadership role responsible for significantly expanding Uber Eats' restaurant footprint in Argentina, specifically within the SMB segment. You’ll design and run the end‑to‑end acquisition engine‑building multi‑channel demand generation, territory coverage, funnel definitions, pitch standards and the operating cadence that turn insights into repeatable results. You’ll lead a high‑performing sales organization and deliver predictable growth at target CAC while elevating the quality of selection. What You’ll Do - Own the acquisition funnel: instrument lead → SQL → opportunity → close won → activation; diagnose bottlenecks weekly and ship targeted fixes. - Build top‑of‑funnel programs: architect multi‑channel demand generation (outbound motions, partner ecosystems, referrals/viral loops, events, paid/owned). - Lead a field‑heavy org: design territories and routing; set a simple daily rhythm, align territories and routes, coach in the field, ensure mobile CRM discipline. - Coach the pitch: install talk tracks, objection handling, call/visit scorecards, and weekly clinics to increase win rates and professionalism. - Coverage & resource strategy: segment markets, allocate headcount/leads, balance productivity with depth of selection, and operationalize revisit cadences. - Operate with discipline: Salesforce hygiene, weekly forecasting, QBRs, experiment backlogs, and post‑mortems; maintain dashboards as the source of truth. - Make ROI‑smart bets: build business cases (CAC, payback, marginal ROI, opportunity cost), prioritize ruthlessly, and reallocate budget/headcount quickly. - Partner cross‑functionally: work with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Legal, and Product to unblock onboarding, pricing/promo mechanics, and a smooth handoff to activation/early revenue. What You’ll Need - 8+ years of proven experience in full‑cycle B2B sales or commercial leadership, with a strong focus on acquisition or new market expansion. - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions to achieve acquisition goals. - Proven success building top‑of‑funnel programs and hitting aggressive new‑logo targets via multi‑channel demand gen. - Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high‑performing sales teams, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales quota targets. - Use of Salesforce to maintain a well‑managed sales pipeline, optimizing performance, and achieving sales targets through structured and informed decision‑making. Bonus Points - Experience in the tech, eCommerce, food, grocery, retail, or B2C internet industry. - Knowledge of Argentina's Food & Beverage industry. - Speed, resourcefulness, and a go‑getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
