Tu próximos desafíos Global66 buscar ser el principal banco digital de América Latina.
Como resultado, cuenta con el desafío de generar ventajas competitivas en el largo plazo ofreciendo sus productos y servicios bajo la estructura operativa y regulatoria más eficiente posible.
Es allí donde radica el desafío del Business Development Specialist , siendo responsable de liderar proyectos de forma integral con el fin de obtener regulaciones financieras en cada país una vez se aprueben los proyectos.
Tus responsabilidades serán: Estudiar las distintas regulaciones financieras de los países en los que se quiera abrir Global66 para ofrecer distintos productos.
Elaborar proyectos integrales por cada país, incluyendo desafíos normativos, beneficios, costos, competencia, tiempos asociados, tareas, responsables, etc.
Realizar las tareas necesarias para obtener la regulación financiera en cada país una vez se apruebe el proyecto.
Ser el punto de contacto con las Superintendencias Financieras de los distintos países.
Estudiar y estar al día del mercado financiero de cada país, leyendo cada una de sus circulares y normativa.
Liderar y ejecutar el proceso de puesta en marcha de cada nueva regulación, incluyendo la elaboración y/o revisión según corresponda de manuales exigidos por el regulador, como así también informes regulatorios.
Acompañar los primeros meses de operación hasta hacer entrega al área operativa de Global66.
Brindar apoyo al Regional Manager en los proyectos relacionados a nuevos productos y partnerships asociados.
Brindar apoyo a los diferentes Country Manager en la evolución regulatoria de su mercado y productos asociados.
Apoyar en procesos de M&A de la empresa.
¿Qué buscamos?
Estudios Universitarios completos de Ingeniería, Economía, Abogacía o similar.
2 a 5 años en roles de gestión de proyectos, consultoría, desarrollo de negocios y operaciones Seniority y facilidad de comunicación para representar a la empresa frente a proveedores, autoridades, reguladores e inversionistas.
