Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Specialist to lead product marketing initiatives at Syngenta Crop Protection. This role will involve developing and executing product strategies, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop positioning, value proposition, and communication strategies for products
  • Work with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Lead periodic meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and present information on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Degree in Agronomy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas
