**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
The primary role of this position is lead administrate, coordinate, review and prepare all process regarding the sales administration department.
This position reports to Sales & Demand Planning Lead and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Process monthly sales closing to achieve the revenues interacting with finance department.
- Verify and update information regarding Customers such as Delivery address, etc
- Manage Purchase orders from HMOs on the system.
- Effectively interact with the Sales and Administration from HMOs.
- Visit key customers by Q.
- Review and validate new Customer Accounts.
- Send sales orders budgets to the HMOs.
- Invoicing of Sales Orders.
- Follow up of purchase order calendarization from diff.
HMOs.
- Coordinate the delivery of the Sales Orders.
- Create codification customers inside the SAP.
- Submit Sales Filing for collections (i.e PAMI, IOMA, etc).
- Process and administrate the request of FOC vials (Free of Charge program).
- Understand patient flow and continuum of care.
- Work Closely with sales Reps and KAM to track sales orders and new commercial enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings.
- Maintain accurate activity report and customer information.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between all stakeholders and other relevant functions within Takeda.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
**Experience & Education**
- University degree in economics, business, administration, commercialization.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance.
- Experience working with HMOs (desirable).
- SAP expertise (Desirable).
- MDG platform management.
(Desirable).

**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**
El papel principal de esta posición es administrar, coordinar, revisar y preparar todos los procesos relacionados con el departamento de administración de ventas.
La posición reporta al Sales & Demand Planning Lead y está basada en Buenos Aires, Argentina.
**DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN**
- Realizar el proceso de cierre de ventas mensuales para lograr los ingresos interactuando con el departamento de finanzas.
- Verificar y actualizar la información sobre los clientes, como la dirección de entrega, etc.
- Administrar órdenes de compra de HMOs en el sistema.
- Interactuar eficazmente con las Ventas y Administración de HMOs.
- Visitar a los clientes clave por Q.
- Revisar y validar nuevas cuentas de clientes.
- Facturación de pedidos de venta.
- Seguimiento del calendario de órdenes de compra de diferentes HMOs.
- Coordinar la entrega de las Órdenes de Venta.
- Crear clientes de codificación dentro del SAP.
- Presentación de Ventas para cobros (es decir, PAMI, IOMA, etc.).
- Procesar y administrar la solicitud de viales FOC (programa gratuito).
- Comprender el flujo de pacientes y la continuidad de la atención.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los representantes de ventas y KAM para realizar un seguimiento de los pedidos de ventas y las nuevas inscripciones comerciales.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave a través de múltiples entornos.
- Mantener un informe de actividad preciso e información del cliente.
- Facilitar la colaboración y la comunicación entre todas las partes interesadas y otras funciones relevantes dentro de Takeda.

**Experiência y educación**
- Título universitario en economía, negocios, administración, comercialización.
- Mínimo de 1-2 años de experiência en finanzas.
- Experiência trabajando con HMOs (deseable).
- Manejo avanzado de SAP (Deseable).
- Gestión de la plataforma MDG (Deseable).
