Relentless Pursuit of Excellence Courage to do the Right Thing Freedom to be Constantly Curious Position Summary As a bilingual HR & Office Management Analyst you'll support the Company by managing the day-to-day tasks associated with setting up/running the office as well as executing HR processes in Argentina.
You will be responsible for all HR/Facilities operations and will ensure all key policies and procedures are understood and implemented.
This is a true generalist position offering the opportunity to get involved in all areas of HR such as recruitment, performance management, learning and development, benefits administration, hiring and onboarding, exits, employee relations, HR administration, etc.
Role And Responsibilities Help in all day-to-day HR Duties and office management, Facilities and vendorsSupporting on recruiting and hiring processBe a point of contact for employees for HR/Office -related mattersPartner with the local HR Director and Senior Management team to ensure global initiatives are successfully implementedFollow up training process and communicationsManage internal communicationsResponsible for the coordination of office activities and management of multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlinesHelp with starters' hiring process, including preparing employment contracts as well as any other hire-related documents, registering new hires with insurance/pension and other government bodies, delivering the HR induction to new hires, liaising internally with IT & hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboardingManaging all local employee benefits such as health insurance, pension funds, vacation allowances, etc.Help with Performance Management and Talent Development processesProviding inputs to payroll such as benefit changes, departures, leave requests, etc.Preparing exit documentation and handling all exit processes such as returning laptops, closing accounts with IT, etc.Ensure the office is compliant with local Health & Safety regulationsManagement of the agenda of GMRelationship with suppliers of office suppliesPerform related duties, as requiredAttention to internal and external visitsRequirements:
Essential 2 years of work experience in the field of Human ResourcesAdvanced communication skills in Spanish and English are a must.Availability to work from the office site every dayStrong analytical skills to propose 'what-if' scenariosProfessional with planning and organization skillsDesirable Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping attention to detailsStrong drive, and initiative, with an improvement-focused mindsetOrganizational and prioritization skillsEnjoy working in a fast-paced multicultural environmentEducation Advanced student or university degree in HR
