About the RoleThis Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate on employer branding initiatives to attract talent that aligns with our culture and mission. The successful candidate will prepare offer letters and facilitate a seamless transition from offer acceptance to new hire onboarding.
The Employee Experience Manager will oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are equipped with the tools, resources, and information needed to succeed. This person will also support engagement initiatives and employee programs to promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Responsibilities- Recruitment: Employer Branding - Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to attract talent that aligns with our culture and mission.
- Offer & Onboarding Support: Prepare offer letters and facilitate a seamless transition from offer acceptance to new hire onboarding.
- People Operations: Onboarding - Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are equipped with the tools, resources, and information needed to succeed.
- Employee Experience: Support engagement initiatives and employee programs to promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- HR Administration: Manage employee records, maintain HRIS updates, and process employee lifecycle updates.
- Compliance: Act as our local expert on labor laws and regulations to ensure our policies reflect best practices and legal requirements.
- Data & Reporting: Manage a high level of data integrity, generate and analyze people data, providing insights to support decision making and improve processes.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist with the administration of compensation and benefit programs, including benefit questions and communication of updates to employees.
- Performance & Development: Coordinate performance review cycles.
- 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting or sourcing required.
- Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles is required.
- Experience in HR, and people operations roles with a track record supporting recruitment and employee experience initiatives a plus.
- Ability to eventually be in an office 5 days a week.
- Experience sourcing using various websites and job boards.
- Experience working in a start-up environment is required.
- Expert-level proficiency in English and Spanish verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and other relevant tools.
